JUNE 2025
- June 4 and 5, 2025 - Annual meeting in Rome with the moderators of the International Associations of the Faithful, Ecclesial Movements, and New Communities on the theme "Hope Lived and Proclaimed." The Gift of the Jubilee for Ecclesial Aggregations" where a VMI delegation was present
The following presentations were offered, followed by language group work and plenary presentations:

- Being people of hope
Also included in the program were:
A Moment of Penance and Invocation to the Holy Spirit at St. Peter's Basilica
A Holy Mass at the altar of the Chair in the Basilica
An audience with the Holy Father Leo XIV
June 7 and 8, 2025 Jubilee in Rome for Movements, Associations, and New Communities
OCTOBER 2025
- On October 2, 3, and 4, 2025, the Second International Congress on Pastoral Care of the Elderly "Your elders will dream dreams" (Jl 3:1) was held in Rome, an event that was a continuation of the Congress called for by Pope Francis, entitled "The Richness of the Years" in January 2020.
A delegation from VMI was present.
The program included the following presentations, a dialogue with some representatives of the Episcopal Conferences, and, as a follow-up, work by language groups and a plenary presentation of this work:

- The Demographic Transition: The Challenges of the Longevity Society
- The Meaning of Life as Life Extends
- The Church Against the Abandonment of the Elderly
- Dialogue Between Generations
- The Dreams of the Elderly
- The Urgency of a Pastoral Perspective on the Elderly
- The Catechesis of Pope Francis
An audience with the Holy Father Leo XIV was scheduled for October 3 in the Clementine Hall and passage of the Holy Door.
