A counselor from Vida Ascendente Spain proposes to its members to act in the Church

What services to render, what responsibilities to exercise in the Church.

The Church needs readers and singers for Masses, people who know how to lead the rosary, people who manage finances or work in the parish secretariat, catechists for children and young people.  You can integrate Caritas services at the parish or diocese level, work in Caritas social canteens, be members of the Pastoral Care of Health and get involved in Christian groups: brotherhoods, Bible centers, Rising Life and others . We also need people for conferences, retreats, Stations of the Cross, etc. of the parish. They will be the nucleus.

As a beautiful hymn says: "Christ is today looking for workers who want to accompany him... there is room if you want to  work." And, if one day you become disabled, you can still do two things very easily:  proclaim the Gospel of Jesus individually to your loved ones and pray a lot and well for the salvation of the world.

How many of these proposals can we, members of Vida Ascendente, respond to offer our availability, share our experience and bear witness to our faith?
